Delivering Inside an Airport

Opening a unit inside an airport is not the same as opening one on the high street, and the difference usually only becomes clear once the programme is already under pressure. There are approvals you did not know existed, technical standards that vary by airport, passes and permits that take longer than anyone allows for, and a delivery window measured in hours rather than days.

Navigating the airport environment on your behalf.

Espacio Projects represents retailers, concessionaires, lounge operators, brands and developers through that process, from early feasibility through to opening. The work is part project management and part translation, turning airport governance into a programme your team and your contractor can actually work to.

The same support applies to commercial fit-out and refurbishment outside the airport, where the environment is less restricted but the pressure on programme and trading hours is much the same.
