Assurance, Advisory and Recovery
Most projects that go wrong were already going wrong for some time before anyone said so out loud. The approvals were slipping, the design was not quite closed, an interface had no owner, and everybody assumed somebody else was watching it.
Independent perspective, at the points where it changes the outcome.
These are defined pieces of work with a clear scope, a clear output and a fixed cost. They exist to give you an independent read on the real position, whether that is before you commit, midway through, or at the point where the programme has already moved and needs pulling back.

The three reviews
Three defined reviews, depending on where the project is and what it needs.
How we work together
Espacio Projects is engaged in whichever way suits the work. Some clients need a project manager for a full lifecycle. Others need two days a month, or a single review, or someone to call when a decision needs a second opinion.
Engagement | What it means |
|---|---|
Project Appointment | Defined project management responsibility for an agreed scope or lifecycle. |
Retained Support | An agreed number of days per week or month, supporting a project or programme. |
Advisory Support | Specialist input when required, without appointing another full-time PM. |
Fixed-Scope Review | Defined outputs such as project health checks, readiness reviews or governance reviews. |
Commercial note: Appointments are tailored to the scope, duration and level of support required. Hourly, daily, retained and fixed-scope arrangements are all available. Unless separately agreed and appointed in writing, an Espacio Projects appointment does not carry responsibility for quantity surveying or cost consultancy, Principal Designer or Principal Contractor duties, designer duties, budget ownership, financial authority, valuations, payment certification or procurement authority.
