Delivery in Live Environments. Shaped Around the Project.

Airport Projects | Retail & Commercial Fit-Out | Third Party Delivery | Project Assurance

Independent project management, assurance and advisory for airports, retail and commercial projects, delivered in the places that cannot close while the work happens.

Experience shaped in aviation. Expertise that extends beyond it.

Airports and trading retail environments have more in common than most people assume. Both run to somebody else's operating hours, both give you a narrow window to work in, and both involve a long list of people who all have to say yes before anything moves. The programme is set by an opening date that will not shift, and the work has to happen around customers who are still walking past.

Espacio Projects delivers into exactly those conditions. That means client-side project management for airport operators, delivery support for the retailers and brands trading inside them, and mobilisation support for the contractors doing the work, alongside the same discipline applied to commercial fit-out and refurbishment beyond the terminal.

Having sat on all sides of it, as operator, client, consultant and contractor, means the advice is grounded in what actually happens on the ground rather than what the process document says should.

The experience behind Espacio

Espacio Projects is built on almost a decade of experience delivering projects within airports, alongside wider retail, property and commercial environments.

Airport projects bring their own complexity – multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, governance, security, access and live operations all need to work together while the project keeps moving.

That experience isn't limited to delivering projects within established processes. It also includes developing the governance, project gateways and technical guidance that help projects move successfully from early definition through to delivery and opening.

It's this combination of practical delivery and governance experience that shapes the Espacio approach today – clear, proportionate and focused on what the project actually needs.

Managing Director | Corrosion Prevention Limited

Danielle has really helped us improve our commercial management of projects. She has great experience and understands the needs of a specialist contractor like us, and the types of engineering contracts which we work to. Her practical advice and hands-on support have given us much greater confidence in managing the commercial side of our projects.
